🚚 Delivery:
Our products are manufactured and prepared with care before shipping. Delivery times are indicated during your order and may vary depending on the product and the chosen delivery method. We deliver to several European countries at the address provided during the order.
📦 Receipt:
Upon delivery, we advise you to check the condition of the package. In case of damage, reservations must be made with the carrier and promptly reported to our customer service.
↩️ Returns & withdrawal:
You have a period of 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (excluding personalized products). Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused.
💳 Refund:
