📦 Receipt:

Upon delivery, we advise you to check the condition of the package. In case of damage, reservations must be made with the carrier and promptly reported to our customer service.

↩️ Returns & Withdrawal:

You have a period of 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (excluding personalized products). Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused.

💳 Refund:

After receipt and validation of the return, the refund is made within 14 days. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or non-compliant.
