You have a period of 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (excluding personalized products). Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused.

After receipt and validation of the return, the refund is made within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.
